On orderdering, there is a deposit fee of 250 euros. In the event of cancellation, the deposit fee is refundable up to two weeks in advance - that is, if cancelled within two weeks of booked arrival date, the deposit fee is non-refundable.
The deposit fee serves as insurance fee for eventual damage or insufficient cleaning on departure.
The insurance fee is refunded fully not later than one week after departure.
The rental period is from 7 o'clock in the afternoon - ending at 12:00 o'clock noon.
The house is rented on a self-catering basis. It is therefore up to the guests to clean the house before leaving and do the laundry. In case of leaving early in the morning, used bedclothes and towels can be left in the washing room. Please note that starting October 15th, final cleaning is included in the price.

The entire house is a no-smoking zone and pets are allowed only by arrangement.
